Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Miteos, you agree to these terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company to these terms.
What You Can Do
You can use Miteos to deploy AI agents for legitimate business and personal tasks. This includes research, code generation, content creation, trading (within applicable laws), email management, and any other lawful purpose supported by the platform.
What You Cannot Do
You may not use the platform to generate spam, conduct unauthorized access to systems, create malware, manipulate markets illegally, impersonate others, or violate any applicable law. You are responsible for the actions your agents take on your behalf.
Agent Actions and Responsibility
Agents act on your instructions. When an agent makes a purchase, sends an email, or executes a trade, you are responsible for that action as if you performed it yourself. We provide safety rails (approval gates, spend limits, kill switches) but ultimate responsibility rests with you.
Trading and Financial Services
Miteos is not a broker, investment advisor, or financial institution. The trading agent provides tools for strategy development and execution but does not constitute financial advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and outcomes. Past backtest performance does not guarantee future results.
Billing and Credits
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Credits are consumed by agent actions (LLM calls, browser sessions, code execution). Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods unless you are on an annual plan. Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase if no credits have been consumed.
Intellectual Property
You own everything your agents create for you. Code, reports, strategies, content, and any other output belongs to you. We claim no ownership over your agent outputs. The platform itself (code, design, brand) remains our intellectual property.
Availability and Uptime
We target 99.9% uptime for paid plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows are announced 48 hours in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from platform downtime.
Account Termination
You can cancel your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted.
