What We Collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and basic profile information. When you use our platform, we collect task prompts, agent activity logs, and usage metrics to improve the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Ever.
How We Use Your Data
Your data powers your experience. Task history helps agents learn your preferences. Usage metrics help us improve performance and reliability. Billing data is processed securely through Stripe and never stored on our servers in raw form.
Agent Data and Privacy
Agents operate on your behalf and may access external services you connect (Gmail, Slack, trading platforms). We encrypt all OAuth tokens at rest using per user encryption keys. Agent activity logs are stored encrypted and are only accessible to you.
We never use your task data to train AI models. Your business strategies, trade configurations, email drafts, and research findings belong to you alone.
Data Retention
Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription. Task logs are retained for 90 days unless you configure longer retention. When you delete your account, all personal data is purged within 30 days in compliance with GDPR requirements.
Security Measures
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES 256). Agent execution happens in hardware isolated virtual machines. We undergo annual SOC 2 Type II audits and maintain a responsible disclosure program for security researchers.
Your Rights
You can export all your data at any time from Settings. You can delete your account and all associated data. You can opt out of usage analytics. You can request a copy of everything we store about you by emailing privacy@miteos.com.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (opt in only) to understand how people use the platform. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
