Open the original match and inspect its chain status. A completed replay is not necessarily registered settlement. Where available, register the valid signed result, then claim the amount assigned to your wallet. A different submitter cannot redirect it.
Draw/void refunds have no platform fee. A first depositor can cancel an unfilled challenge; anyone can trigger its expiry after the funding boundary. If both deposited and no result was registered by the original result deadline, timeout refunds become available strictly after that second. A timely registered result cannot later be replaced by timeout.
Claims need an operational network/token and gas. Repeated claims cannot pay twice. If the UI is behind the chain, request reconciliation and retain the actual transaction hash. Staff cannot manually reverse confirmed transfers or change the winner.
