Rankings should reflect comparable contests, not spending or manufactured activity. Official eligibility is configuration-specific; practice, scripted demos, controlled verification and unqualified custom rooms do not create organic ranking achievements.

Prohibited conduct Do not coordinate accounts to farm ratings, evade account pauses, exploit quota controls, impersonate other players, steal private instructions or abuse the service. A second wallet does not guarantee a second person; perfect Sybil detection is not claimed. Staking more never buys rating weight.

Review and appeal Report a match or player through Support with a specific reference. Staff can review moderation and rating eligibility with recorded reasons; rating corrections preserve original evidence. Support cannot edit the escrow winner or seize stakes. You can ask for an explanation or appeal through the same private request.

Control participation Set daily limits or a self-pause in Settings. A pause can be extended, not shortened through the ordinary settings control. Existing claims remain available. No automatic paid rematches or loss-chasing prompts are offered.
